I got one in a Trendmood box and assumed it was filler. A cloth and water removing waterproof makeup sounded like a gimmick. It wasn’t.

What it is
A double-sided polyester cloth with fine fibers that lift makeup and oil with water only. Short side removes makeup; long side (with the tag) lightly exfoliates. Reusable, machine-washable, claimed to last 3–5 years. One cloth is marketed as replacing thousands of wipes. No alcohol, fragrance, parabens, or sulfates. Soft enough for sensitive skin. About $22 for the original; there are minis and 7-day sets.

How to use
Wet it (warmer water helps). Wipe in circles. For stubborn or waterproof makeup, hold the damp cloth on the area a few seconds first. I use sections of the same cloth for a few days, let it dry between uses, then wash with towels. Air-dry is fine; dryer is fine too.

What surprised me
It clears full-face and waterproof makeup with less rubbing than micellar water. In winter, micellar used to sting; this doesn’t. After the cloth I still double-cleanse out of habit, not because the cloth leaves a film. Bought extras. Gave one to my mom when her usual cleanser stung on reactive skin — she stuck with it.

Why it’s less wasteful
Wipes are single-use and slow to break down. One reusable cloth for years is the actual difference. Prefer the original MakeUp Eraser; if you can’t get it, microfiber options from Hollywood Browzer or e.l.f. are cheaper backups, not the same feel.

Not magic. Just water, fabric, and less rubbing than most people expect.
