Skincare habits worth keeping
Morning cleanse
Water is enough. Only if the T-zone is shiny, use a little amino-acid cleanser on that area — light circles, don’t strip the whole face. You shouldn’t feel tight all day.
Night cleanse
Wash the whole face properly, but not like you’re scrubbing a pan. Mild surfactants. After rinsing, skin should still feel soft.
Water → oil → seal
Toner in thin layers, at least twice, until the face feels slightly tacky. Dry skin loves this.
In winter: while still damp, press 2 drops of squalane in with your palms, then cream. Summer: lighter lotion. Winter: richer, more occlusive cream. Wake up looking less flat.

Sunscreen is the real anti-aging step
Last step of the routine. Outside: hat + umbrella still beat another layer of product.
Under-eyes
Rice-grain of cream, warm between palms, tap under the eye. Slightly open your mouth so the area relaxes. Sweep outward toward the temple. Don’t drag.
Neck
Whatever’s left on your hands goes to the collarbone. Leftover sheet-mask essence: whole neck, upward. A month of that and the lines usually look quieter.
Small things
Warm your hands first, then press product in — it goes in faster. Emulsify cream in your palms before it hits the face so it doesn’t ball up or leave white streaks.
Mild cleanse. Real shade. Water, then oil, then seal. Warm hands. Skin usually answers.
