Beauty that wrecks the face isn’t beauty. That’s the whole brief now.

Sensitive and older skin don’t need the highest coverage. They need a formula that stays comfortable at hour eight, and enough real moisturizing bits that it doesn’t feel like paint.

That’s why I keep using T.LeClerc’s essence foundation. It wears like serum first, pigment second: thin, spreads, doesn’t sit. On me it leaves a natural sheen, knocks back uneven tone and little lines without a mask.

My husband never notices this stuff. Yesterday he said the skin and the makeup both looked good. When he clocks it, I listen.

After the foundation I only tap T.LeClerc’s banana powder on the T-zone. Cleaner, still glowy.

Best for sensitive, mature, normal-to-dry, and anyone who hates a heavy base. Very oily, especially in summer — not my first pick.

Some foundations leave the face more tired after you take them off than before you put them on. This one doesn’t. Makeup off, skin still looks like it was allowed to exist all day.
